What happens to my audits if I downgrade?
Your existing audits and exports are always preserved. Downgrading limits how many new audits you can run each month — it doesn't delete anything you've already run.
Can I upgrade mid-month?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and your new audit limit applies right away.
What's the difference between an Audit Report and a Remediation Report?
Every audit produces an Audit Report — your findings, risk levels, and suggested fixes per clause, downloadable as Word, PDF, or PowerPoint. A Remediation Report goes further: your flagged clauses are rewritten for you and delivered as a ready-to-use .docx you can hand directly to legal or a PM. Professional and Business plans include bundled Remediation Reports each month.
What's Margin Sentinel?
Scope creep detection — paste your original SOW and new requests, and it classifies each item as IN-SCOPE, OUT-OF-SCOPE, or AMBIGUOUS. It also drafts Change Order language for out-of-scope items.
